Septic System Installation & Repair
We install and repair residential and commercial septic systems across Yavapai County and surrounding areas. That includes new conventional systems, replacements when an old tank or field has failed, and the excavation, setting, and backfill that actually makes the system work. Tanks are set with our own machines. We work with your designer and the county so the job is permitted, inspected, and finished.
A perc test (percolation / site evaluation) tells the county whether your soil can support a septic system and what kind of system you need. We dig the test holes, run the evaluation, and get you the documentation your designer and the health department need so you are not guessing before you pour a slab or set a manufactured home.
Homes, shops, barns, and manufactured homes all start with a pad. We cut, fill, grade, and compact so the surface drains the way it should and the structure sits on prepared ground — not on a pile of loose dirt. Site access and rough grade are part of the same conversation.
We build and repair private roads and driveways — gravel, compacted base, drainage crossings, and the grading that keeps water off the driving surface. Ranch roads, long rural driveways, and new-home access are typical work. If it has to take a truck in monsoon season, we build it that way.
Utility and drainage trenching with a compact excavator — water lines, electric, septic laterals, and corrugated culvert. We dig to grade, set the pipe, and backfill. The photo on this site of a long culvert run is typical of the work: straight, to depth, ready to bury.
Before a perc test, a new field, or a building pad, trees and stumps often have to come out. We remove them and grind or haul as needed so the site is actually usable — not a maze of roots under the future drain field. Clearing is quoted with the rest of the site work so you are not coordinating three contractors.
High-desert monsoons and spring runoff will find the low spot on your property. We grade, install culverts, cut swales, and build simple drainage that keeps water out of the house, off the septic field, and off the driving surface. If a driveway turns into a creek every storm, that is a grading and culvert problem — we fix those.
