Thaddeus McGuire has spent more than a decade working in septic, excavation, and related trades throughout Yavapai County and the surrounding communities. Before that, he served as a firefighter, where showing up when people needed help wasn’t just part of the job — it was a responsibility. That same mindset still carries into the way he runs McGuire Septic & Excavation today.
